For the E-bike tours
Tours are offered daily 7 days a week 365 days a year.
Tours : 9:00 AM – 11:00 AM
2:00 PM – 4:00 PM
For the Ice baths, is a morning thing
From 7:30 AM – 9:30 AM
You can also book for noon or sunset, but is a minimum of $200 and you can bring up to 5 people.
